Marianna Kistler Beach Museum of Art in Manhattan, Kansas

The purposes of the Friends of the Beach Museum of Art are to raise funds through membership dues and projects for the acquisition of art and to assist in the conservation of the Marianna Kistler Beach Museum of Art collection. As the membership organization of the museum, the Friends are to support the museum, and create an interest and participation in it. The Friends also encourage interest in and appreciation of the fine arts at Kansas State University.

Membership is available to anyone who is interested in supporting the Beach Museum of Art. Members receive the benefits listed with that level, plus all the benefits of the levels below it:

Director’s Circle ($2,500 and above)

• Dinner with the director

Curator’s Circle ($1,000 – $2,499)

• Consultation lunch with curator

Benefactor ($500 – $999)

• Opportunity to purchase the current signed and framed limited edition gift print
• Opportunity to rent facility

Sponsor ($250 – $499)

• Opportunity to purchase the current signed and matted limited edition gift print
• Consultation with staff

Supporter ($100-$249)

• 25% discount on Beach Museum of Art publications

Friend ($40-$99)

• Invitation to the annual reception and an opportunity to vote on a new acquisition
• First opportunity for trips to other museum and institutions
• Three newsletters per year
• Invitations to museum events and exhibition openings
• 10% discount on museum publications

Beach Buddies

Beach Buddies is for children from three to twelve ($25 per child). Benefits include:
