Gone: Photographs of Abandonment on the High Plains by Steve Fitch

You Are Your Room Project

Supplies:

  • Tagboard
  • Scissors
  • Glue sticks
  • Magazines
  • Pencil

Cut things out of the magazines to create a room that would tell an archaeologist about you.

Write a paragraph explaining why you included the object you did. How do they symbolize (stand for) things about you – e.g. favorite colors, activities, your personality, etc.?
