Classes and workshops
The museum hosts a variety of classes and workshops throughout the year for all ages.
Programs and Events
Public programs offer rich and enjoyable leisure time activities. Many are related to temporary exhibitions or works of art in the museum collection; others make links to related art forms such as music, poetry, or film. All celebrate creativity and most are free.
Tours and Field Trips
The museum offers academic and public tours and PreK-12 school field trips of the permanent art collection and temporary exhibitions. In order to secure a desired time and ensure a learning experience, we encourage groups to schedule their tours or field trips at least one month in advance by calling 785.532.7718 or emailing the museum. Every effort will be made to accommodate all requests.
